About Rick Frochio

Hello! My name is Rick Frochio.

I realized my passion for woodworking back in high school. After graduating, I enrolled in Triangle Tech which was perfect. It was just the kind of guidance I needed to continue to grow in the field of my chosen career. I graduated at the top of my class! From there, I got my first construction job building custom homes and additions. Now this company taught me the meaning of hard work and attention to detail. The owner and I framed, plumbed, wired, hung drywall, sided, cement work, ect. After some time, I wanted to continue to grow and mature in this field. So 5 years ago, I started with a restoration company as the lead for a small crew. This company allowed me to learn the ins and outs of remodeling and commercial businesses, but again some time passed and I just couldn’t let my dream of owning my own business go without effort. So this brings me to here!

As I stated before, my knowledge is in all aspects of new construction, remodeling, tile work, concrete, electrical, plumbing, siding, roofing, trim work, painting…and the list goes on!

About Ron Bender, Jr.

Hello! My name is Ron Bender.

As a 4th generation electrician, I‘ve been around construction all my life. Shortly after I was born, my dad started building the house I was raised in. I was constantly trying to help, so I got hammer in my stocking for Christmas when I was 2.  I probably wasn’t much help until I helped him finish the living room in knotty pine tongue and groove when I was 12. The summer before my senior year of high school I started working for a general contractor in home remodeling. I learned all aspects of remodeling from framing to roofing to running trim and everything in between. They started into new home construction at the end of my time with them. My last job with them was a new 4000 sq. ft. home, and I saw from the pouring of the footer to moving in the new owners’ belongings. I worked for them throughout high school and a year after until I got into the IBEW Local 712 five-year apprenticeship program. I worked on many different jobs during this time from small residential to very large industrial and commercial jobs. I successfully completed the apprenticeship in 2009 and worked for a small contractor doing commercial jobs and started running work a year later, jobs such as the Waynesburg Hospital remodel and Dunhams Sporting Goods in Chippewa.

In 2012 I started working at First Energy Nuclear Power Plant for an outage and that’s the only place I’ve worked since. I have been there through 4 outages and a foreman since the second.
